Q: What information will I need to provide to place my first order?
A: We try to make the process as simple as possible. We need the following information: • Name & Address of the Library (Shipping & Billing addresses if they are different). • The items and quantities that you wish to purchase. • The payment method that you prefer. The majority of our customers are billed upon shipment and then have 30 days to send in a check. If you prefer, we can also accept Credit Card payments...we usually take this information over the phone to minimize any privacy concerns. |

Q: Do you provide a Guarantee for your products?
A: We are glad you asked! Our Guarantee: We guarantee that all of our products will be totally functional for their intended use. If they do not meet your expectation you can expect a complete refund or replacement...You must be satisfied! We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and satisfaction. |

Q: Will your BLS Compatible EM & RF security products work with our system?
A: We are completely confident that our security products will function properly. We have supplied millions of security tags to hundreds of libraries throughout the U.S. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase, so we would be happy to supply samples for you to test in your system. Q: Who pays for the Shipping Charges?
A: We pay the Shipping Charges on all of our products shipped to the Continental United States, except for Gressco Library Furniture and the Overdue Mailer Forms. For the Overdue Mailer Forms we charge the actual UPS Freight Charges. Refer to our Gressco Pricelist for an explanation of the Freight Policy for Gressco purchases. |

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Not really...our minimum order for all of our standard products is 1 case! |
